Our Almgasthof is barrier-free for day and restaurant guests. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay overnight, as we do not have a lift to the rooms on the first floor.
Pets
We charge € 12.00 per day for your four-legged family member (without food).
Please bring your loved one's basket or blanket with you.
Surcharges and terms of payment
Deposit: The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit has been paid.
Please state your name as the reason for the transfer.
Cash payments are allowed up to a total of € 4,999.99.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and all common EC CARDS.
Terms of arrival and departure
Arrival: Check-in on the day of arrival can be from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Of course you can also arrive earlier, but the room will only be ready for occupancy from 3 pm.
A late check-out until 6 pm is possible by arrangement (subject to availability) at a price of € 25 per person.
If you are going to arrive late, we appreciate you notifying us of this in advance.
Departure: On the day of departure, the room should be vacated by 10 am at the latest. Alternative times may be available on request.
Cancellations
It would be a pity if you are not able to make your visit. We were already looking forward to hosting you. But, because sometimes things like this are unavoidable, here are our cancellation conditions:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50 % of the price of your stay. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the booking price.
The deposit is used to book the room.
We ask for your understanding that we will retain the deposit in the case of room cancellations or no-shows. In case of late arrival or early departure we have to charge 100 % of the price!
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!
