360 degrees of spoiling at 2,050 meters above sea level – that's what Hörby offers at the Almgasthof Geisler! The tranquil little inn is located in the middle of the Plose ski and hiking range, and has lovingly and comfortably furnished rustic guest rooms. At our altitude, the sun shines for many hours a day, giving all of our visitors a sun-kissed glow. Around the Alm there is nothing but lush, green meadows with wonderfully fragrant herbs as far as the eye can see – at least when the snow has receded! In winter, on the other hand, you can ski straight to our front door, as the slopes of the Plose winter sports area lead directly to Gasthof Geisler! The wonderful panoramic view of the bright limestone Geisler peaks and the Peitlerkofel enchants our guests all year round!

We have the perfect location for all active and sport-seeking people who need a little rest and refreshment. On the most beautiful slope on Brixen's own mountain, the Plose. Wheelchair users are also welcome. Our restaurant and many hiking trails are barrier-free!

Whether staying overnight, popping in for a warm cup of tea or hot chocolate while on a ski or snowboard trip, or just out for a hike or sledge trip on a fine winter day: the Geisler guesthouse is right in the middle of two toboggan runs: the one from the Rossalm ends on the Plose, while the "Rudi Run" sledge trail to St. Andrä starts here! That's why this is the perfect place for a family holiday in the midst nature with the children!
